This delegation example shows the activity, a blank learner card and the record of a small try. Choose a page to inspect its purpose and format.
Editable Word + PDF example
A delegation scenario for new team leads, with a purpose, success criteria and instructions. The complete output includes the reference response, feedback, job aid and source references.
Actual first-page preview from v0.7. Completed cases and observations are fictional teaching examples.

Other output types keep five files. The learner card is added for delegation; “Try later” is recorded if you have not tried it yet.
Your first task · Use my brief
01
Choose “Use my brief”. Add a permitted source, your audience and what you want to make.
02
Copy the prepared prompt into your approved AI assistant. Bring its response back.
03
Work through six checks. Repair unsupported details and record who reviewed the output.
04
Use three success criteria for a small attempt. Record what happened, or choose “Try later”.
05
Export editable material, your private review record and a saved copy to resume later.
You supply the judgment and confirm the review. “Try later” keeps the output without claiming it has been tested. A small try does not establish wider workplace impact.
See the full example: the brief, unreviewed draft, six review checks, two fictional attempts and the finished work pack.

System A applies THRIVE to a specific work task. The original domains, BIAE model and role expectations stay intact. The existing THRIVE tool remains available. The 90-day workbook is optional; completing a task does not assign a new proficiency score.
Use your own permitted AI assistant. Access and file support are included; expert review of your work and implementation consulting are separate. Explore consulting services.
Named access and licence references deter redistribution and help investigate misuse. Downloaded editable files can still be copied. The licence allows sharing your finished client work and prohibits sharing, repackaging or reselling the reusable kit.
