Individual Professional covers one named creator. The five-creator team licence covers up to five named creators in one organisation, including the purchasing account. The owner assigns the other four seats in My Library. Each creator signs in with their assigned email and accepts this licence. Remove a departing creator before assigning a replacement; reassignment is for staffing changes, not rotating access among a larger group.
Your employer or client may deliver the finished materials and make task-specific edits for the agreed learning use without buying a creator seat. A creator seat is required to use System A’s reusable kit. A finished, customised response card can include blank answer areas for its learners. This permission does not grant those recipients a reusable copy of System A to operate independently. Finished work can carry your or your client’s branding. Preserve source and framework attribution where that material is reproduced.
The purchase covers the stated edition. If corrections to that edition are released, they can be supplied through My Library. Future major editions, other Systems and consulting are not included unless explicitly stated at purchase. Keep your downloaded files in approved storage. The website’s seven-day fit/quality refund policy uses the total issued kit downloads across the licence’s creators and normally requires at most one download. Contact us about faulty delivery or an access issue. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Selected testers receive the stated creator seats without a charge or paid order. Each named creator accepts this licence before downloading. The same use and sharing rights apply. Priya may end future complimentary access after testing; files already downloaded continue to be governed by this licence. No refund is due for a complimentary grant.
Kit files carry a random licence reference and a creator reference linked privately to the order/account. Full purchaser emails are not printed on learner materials. Each creator may receive five kit downloads in a rolling 30 days; contact support for a justified device or file repair reset. We record preparation/issuance time and file checksums, which do not prove receipt or use. No monitoring is added to your offline work.
Do not share account credentials or the reusable kit. Licence references can be removed, and downloaded files can be copied. We review suspected misuse before an access decision; a reference identifies a source copy, not necessarily the person who circulated it. Confirmed breaches may result in suspension of future access under the agreed terms. This cannot remotely erase downloaded copies.
For System A, the explicit permission above to share finished employer/client learning materials takes precedence over the general prohibition on sharing purchased deliverables. The original kit, eligible original content, branding and pre-existing AWP materials remain subject to their applicable rights. Third-party components retain their own licences. This is permission to use the materials; it does not promise exclusive rights in an underlying idea or method, or in AI-generated output.
