The Operator
My work covers competency frameworks, AI agents and 90-day implementation plans. I've applied these inside L&D teams across BFSI, EdTech, Manufacturing, SaaS and Maritime.

How I Got Here
Where it started
In my first month at Accenture, I ran a React workshop. I put care into the explanations and the decks, and the delegates stayed engaged. A consultant from IIT Hyderabad emailed afterwards: ‘Can you teach me how you planned this?’ That email stayed with me. It is part of why I built this website.
How I stayed current
For 9 years, I’ve set aside an hour every day to learn. The field moves quickly, and I want my advice to reflect how people work now. That habit led me to start working with GenAI in Q2 2023.
Why AWP
After 9 years, six promotions and responsibility for a ₹1Cr P&L, I expected to keep growing in-house. Then I watched friends lose their jobs as L&D budgets were cut. I built AWP to help learning teams make their contribution to the business clearer and more useful.
The Unpolished Version
Some engagements taught me through mistakes. These experiences changed how I approach the work I do now.
AntWalk. I built a six-figure e-learning suite that nobody used. I’d skipped needs analysis because the brief seemed clear. Since then, I start every engagement with a formal needs audit, even when the client feels certain about the problem.
WhiteHat Jr, then again at AntWalk. Everyone completed the tool training, but nobody changed how they worked. I had focused on teaching the tool without understanding the job. Now I start with the performance people need to achieve and design the learning around it.
Solverminds, then inside Vedantu. Platforms I introduced became too complex and drew concerns from compliance teams. I had to reduce the scope of systems I’d recommended. Now I run a 72-hour pilot before rolling out a tool.

The Point of View
These are the principles I bring to conversations with CHROs, CFOs and CEOs:
“Build something the team will keep using.”
I want the framework or system we build to become part of your team’s everyday work. A useful deliverable should keep helping long after the engagement ends.
“Connect learning spend to business results.”
I tie every engagement to a business measure, such as attrition, time-to-productivity or upsell revenue. We agree how the programme contributes before we build it.
“Help a small team do more.”
The right AI setup can help a 5-person L&D team handle work that would otherwise need 15 people. I focus automation on repetitive content tasks so the team can spend more time on decisions and design.
“Choose what you can finish.”
I start each engagement by agreeing what we will leave out. That can mean setting eleven good ideas aside so three priorities are in use by Week 13.
“Make competency frameworks useful in daily decisions.”
Managers should be able to use the same competency statements in interviews, performance reviews and promotion decisions. I’ve built 3,000+ live statements and update them as the work changes.
“Build AI into the way L&D works.”
My view is that the next 12 to 18 months matter for L&D teams. Using AI in everyday work can help them build capability and explain their value when budgets are under pressure.

Artefact Peek
Each engagement produces something the team can use in its work. Examples include a 263-statement BFSI framework, a tutor competency library covering 120 roles and an AI agent monitoring setup. This sample shows the structure with client names removed.
