How mature is your L&D function?

15 questions, about five minutes. Out comes a maturity stage for the function — how it is staffed, funded, tooled, governed, measured and delivered — plus a score on each of the six dimensions and the one that is holding the rest back.

Assess how the function operates. Answer for your current headcount, budget, systems, policies, reporting and delivery. A capable leader with a one-person team and no budget may receive a low score because this measures the function's resources and practices.

MeasurementWhat is reported, whether outcomes are tracked past completion, and who reads it.
Delivery modelHow learning reaches people, and whether reach can grow without matching headcount.
