Question 1

How is this different from free AI content available online?

Accepted Answer

I work with your organisation's roles, tools, compliance requirements and stakeholders to put AI concepts into practice. The THRIVE Framework draws on audit data from 50+ L&D functions, and your responses shape the recommendations for your team.

Question 2

I have a limited budget. Where should I start?

Accepted Answer

Start with the free THRIVE assessment. It takes about 2 minutes and gives you an initial view of your gaps. For a more detailed assessment, the AI-Ready Audit is ₹1,999. If you have a specific question, Priority DM at ₹999 gives you 48 hours of async access to me.

Question 3

What if the deliverables don't meet our expectations?

Accepted Answer

Every paid service includes a revision round. For the Curriculum Blueprint and Competency Framework, we also work together in a live co-design session so you can review the work as it develops. If your Priority DM question needs a larger engagement, I'll explain why and suggest the appropriate service.

Question 4

How quickly will I receive my deliverables?

Accepted Answer

Priority DM: 4-hour response SLA. AI-Ready Audit: instant delivery after questionnaire submission. 90-Day Blueprint: 5-7 business days after your strategy call. Curriculum Blueprint: 5 business days after the 90-min co-design session. Competency Framework: 7 business days after the 2-hour deep-dive. AI Agent: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.

Question 5

Is this relevant for my industry?

Accepted Answer

I've built frameworks for organisations with 50 to 20,000+ employees across BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, EdTech, IT Services and Consulting. Before starting a framework, agent or analytics project, I use the questionnaire to understand your industry and how your team works.

Question 6

Can I upgrade from one service to another?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can start with an Audit, use a Blueprint to plan the work, then move into Skills Architecture or an AI Agent build. The Blueprint includes a review of your tech stack and an ROI framework. If you've completed the Audit, its questionnaire skips sections you've already answered.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed through two PCI-DSS-compliant gateways: Cashfree for individual and team purchases (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Razorpay for enterprise-tier services. Checkout is embedded and 256-bit SSL. Payment is auto-verified and access is instant. GST invoices emailed automatically. For services above ₹10,000, payment plans are available on request.

Question 8

Is GST invoice included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid service and digital product is invoiced with GST — the receipt + invoice are auto-emailed after the payment gateway (Cashfree or Razorpay) verifies payment. Company name + GSTIN can be added at checkout so procurement / finance can process it as a regular vendor invoice.

Question 9

My team is 3 people. Is the Blueprint still worth it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 90-Day Blueprint works for teams of 2 to 22. It gives you a prioritised roadmap and a way to explain the plan to leadership. If you're interested in the upcoming Team License for unlimited ebook and bundle access, you can join its waitlist for updates.

Question 10

What are the delivery timelines for team-tier services?

Accepted Answer

AI-Ready Audit: instant after questionnaire. 90-Day Blueprint: 5–7 business days after the 60-min strategy call. Curriculum Blueprint: 5 business days after the 90-min co-design session. Competency Benchmark Audit: 7 business days after team submissions + 1-hour strategy call. Workshops: scheduled 2–4 weeks out based on your team's calendar.

Question 11

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Digital products (playbooks, systems, templates): 7-day fit/quality refund if you have downloaded that title at most once — an approved refund revokes My Library access. Services: door-specific clauses apply (cancel before intake / delivery-not-met / outcomes). Audits and workshops once delivered are generally non-refundable, with a revision round inside the engagement. Full detail: /terms#refunds.

Question 12

Are the Tuesday drops real? What does the shop sell?

Accepted Answer

From October 20, the Tuesday calendar includes System waitlists, planned launches and services. Each System pairs a Kreativish book with an AWP service we work through together. Systems are currently waitlist-only; THRIVE AI-Ready is planned for Tue 24 Nov 2026. Books, templates and bundles are sold on Kreativish (kreativish.ai), and free tools are available now. You can also WhatsApp me on +91 83411 28359.

Question 13

Who is Vishnu Priya and why should I trust this?

Accepted Answer

I've spent 9+ years in enterprise L&D at Accenture, WhiteHat Jr, CodeTots in Japan, AntWalk, Solverminds and Vedantu. My work includes ₹1Cr+ P&L responsibility, programmes reaching 15,000+ learners and NPS 85 across 600+ learners. I began applying GenAI to L&D in Q2 2023. The About page has my career timeline and project results.

Question 14

Can I see a sample deliverable before I buy?

Accepted Answer

The free THRIVE Framework download gives you a first look at my approach. For the AI-Ready Audit and higher-tier services, message me on WhatsApp and I can walk you through a sample with client details removed.

Question 15

Can my company pay for this? Do you provide GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I provide proper GST invoices for all paid services, and can generate formal quotations for procurement approval. Many clients expense services through their L&D or HR budgets. For engagements above ₹25,000, I can also work with your finance team on PO-based invoicing.

Question 16

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Once payment is confirmed, you can open your service questionnaire. The AI-Ready Audit generates your report as soon as you submit it. The Blueprint and higher-tier services include live strategy sessions with me; the published delivery window is 5 to 7 business days.

Question 17

Can I speak to Priya before committing to a high-ticket service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For services above ₹10,000, I offer a free 60-minute discovery call. We can discuss your situation and questions, then decide which service fits. Book from the homepage or message me on WhatsApp.

Question 18

What if our requirements change mid-engagement?

Accepted Answer

Every service includes a revision round. For the Competency Framework and AI Agent, we agree the scope in a live session before I start building. If your requirements change significantly, we discuss and agree any scope adjustment first.

Question 19

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For all paid services, I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before we begin. Your competency data, organisational strategies, and employee information are treated with full confidentiality.

Question 20

How do I justify this investment to my CFO or leadership?

Accepted Answer

The AI-Ready Audit includes a spider chart you can share with leadership. The 90-Day Blueprint adds a stakeholder pitch deck with budget justification. For larger engagements, I can help you estimate ROI using your team size and current operating costs.

Question 21

How is this different from hiring a big consulting firm like Deloitte or EY?

Accepted Answer

You work directly with me, and I use your questionnaire responses to shape the deliverables. Each service has a published scope, price and delivery timeline, so you can compare it with other proposals. The AI-Ready Audit costs ₹1,999. You can start there if you need an assessment before deciding on a larger engagement.
